Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, healthy adults combine one scoop into 6-8 oz of hot water and stir. In cold liquids, use a shaker cup or blender.

Note: Before each use, gently shake bottle with lid tightly sealed to aerate product. This oil-based powder is dense and settles quickly. Scooping packed powder will result in servings greater than 10 grams.
