International Deliveries may some times be delivered to the local Post Office for collection depending on the country’s policy.
In very few occasions that your tracking status states that item has been delivered but you have not received the order, please contact the courier immediately. This is to help the courier facilitate in the investigation of the missing item as early as possible so that we can file a claim against the courier company. Orders reported after 7 days from the date of order, or the 7 days after PerfumeStore despatched to the courier, will not be covered according to the courier companies.
Please note that if you refuse a shipment due to fees and it is returned to us, the return shipping cost and any associated fees will be deducted from your order’s refund.
