ISSEY MIYAKE PARFUMS, pioneer of summer fragrances, announces every year a new fragrance to go celebrate the summer. In 2016, Young British artist Michelle McKinney extended this tradition by expressing summer fragrances as colors. Her design shows the bright fresh fruity image of summer fragrances with a touch of delicate poetic mood inspired by the break of dawn and the halo of the shining morning sum. A beautiful day begins as the sun that slowly ascends to the heavens gets reflected in the sea, as if burning in the azure waves. Featuring top notes of intermingled juicy ruby grapefruit and lychee, this is a bright, feminine, fruity and floral fragrance that seems to emit light. This bursting freshness is complemented by middle notes of passion fruit and guava that set the heart aflutter. The fragrance is rounded out by base notes of wood and vanilla.
