Suggested use

Use daily for maximum benefit.

For Daily Maintenance:
Adults and Children Over 4 Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily.

For Intensive Use:
Adults and Children Over 4 Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) four times daily.

If desired, mix syrup in water, fruit juice, smoothies, yogurt, or most anything!
Other ingredients

Purified water, glycerin, elderberry natural flavor^, citric acid, maltodextrin, xanthan gum, reb-A (stevia nonnutritive sweetener), natural flavor^, potassium sorbate (preservative), silica dioxide.

Free from wheat, artificial color and flavor.

^Adds a trivial amount of sugar.
